Quick reminder

You may already be aware, but there have been outbreaks of Equine Flu in areas close to us.

Here's a quick reminder of what is expected to minimise the spread while at one of our lessons or events:

  • Horses should have 12 monthly vaccination boosters (6 monthly is recommended but not a requirement, if this changes we will let you know) which must have occurred at least 6 days before attending

  • Vaccination Passports must be available if requested at any of our lessons

  • Please do not bring any horse who is showing any signs of not being well (stating the obvious I know but ...)

  • Please do not allow horses to touch (or touch them yourselves) if not already in regular contact

  • and lastly BHS advice is that you shouldn't hand graze your horse while at Riding Club events
