Arriving Friday 27th (afternoon) – departing by 3.30pm on Sunday 29th September

Friday

• Cabins and stables will not be ready for occupancy before 3.30pm on day of arrival. Whilst there are no lessons on the Friday you are very welcome to turn up early to enjoy a 'pre-camp' hack. If you prefer (or work dictates) please feel free to just arrive after 3.30pm to settle your horse in, unpack into your cabin and then join us for food.

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner
• 2 lessons, one morning, one afternoon.

Sunday

• Breakfast, lunch
• 1 lesson in the morning and 1 in the afternoon 
• Cabins must be vacated by 10am & stables by 3.30pm. These times are set by Stockland Lovell and we are unable to change them without additional costs.

Accommodation at Stockland Lovell

is in their shared cabins, and this year we will be restricted to the number of accommodation units we can use depending on the final numbers attending camp. We will do our best to put people with their friends (make sure you put your requests on the booking form) but unfortunately we will be unable to allocate anyone a cabin to yourself as we have in previous years.

Note, no bedding is provided – you will need to bring your own sheet, pillow and duvet or sleeping bag.

It is with regret we are unable to offer an Early Bird Discount this year, due to the camp being heavily subsidised

Payment & Cancellation:

Pay £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your space and then please make the balance in two instalments:

1st instalment by 2nd August

2nd instalment by 1st September

Sorry, but no refunds will be available after 1st September unless your place is filled.
